Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by NAT Technologies Ltd. ('NAT Technologies', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Scope of Services
NAT Technologies provides integrated technology solutions including IT and IP infrastructure, low-voltage systems, security solutions, smart home automation, and fuel management systems. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a written proposal or service agreement agreed between the parties prior to commencement.
Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide NAT Technologies with accurate information, timely access to premises and systems, and any necessary approvals required to perform the agreed services. The client is responsible for ensuring that all required permits and regulatory approvals are obtained prior to installation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. NAT Technologies reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAT Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.
Intellectual Property
All designs, documentation, and proprietary methodologies produced by NAT Technologies remain the intellectual property of NAT Technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for their intended purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
